Quick Election Day Comic.

Sorry for this comic’s relative lateness and no forbearance to the “Occupational Hazards” arc — it’s been a busy week. Not only was it Halloween, but I did have my portfolio reviewed for grad school, and a certain someone got elected president and spoke in Chicago. So yes, it was quite hectic these past few days.

I got the idea of the “blue glow” over my character Seliena from those ridiculous “holograms” on CNN. Overall, however, it was hard to think of an Obama-related comic. Next week, we’ll resume our regularly scheduled program.

4 Types of Political Attitudes in College.

It’s true: college students are either VERY liberal, moderately conservative, apathetic, or simply bored and disinterested.

Seliena the PC FAA Student… a lesbian?

Interview with the Vampire Rocker.

The roommates conduct a series of interviews, of which include P.A.T. (of Pat Doran’s comic, “The Way Life Should Be”) and Dumbrella’s Red Robot.

Seliena the PC FAA Student VS. The U of I Whore.

As many of you U of Iers know, there is a huge debate over the University of Illinois’ mascot, Chief Illiniwek. Many people — particularly alumni who hold onto old traditions — advocate the Chief. Others deem the mascot to be very discriminatory towards Native Americans. The campus is pretty much split. As for me, I’m just apathetic and am taking advantage over the whole situation.

Seliena the PC FAA Student is the perfect character to represent the Anti-Chief crowd, while the U of I Whore represents the latter. Of course, the football team has been sucking the past few years, so it doesn’t make sense to be very proud of the school.

Phil is Too Lazy to Put Effort into His Work Day.

The “Too Lazy To Work” series are pre-planned strips just in case I’m too busy to draw a new one. In my opinion, they’re pretty funny in itself. Simplicity can be great.

Seliena the PC FAA Student.

Here is where I introduced the character Seliena the PC FAA Student (PC FAA stands for “Politically Correct Fine and Applied Arts”), who criticizes yesterday’s comic.

She serves as a parody of people who are too politically correct, which is great just in case someone criticizes my comic for being too offensive. I can always give a response in the form of her.
